Saul Leiter – Street Photography

Saul Leiter is a self-taught photographer who started his street photography by photographing the streets of New York in 1950s. At the beginning he was shooting in black and white, but he became interested in colour a year after.

After seeing different examples of his coloured work, I found his way of seeing details and photographing reflections and windows very interesting. I really loved the dramatic and muted colours of his images.
